Anwar Freed...Let's Get Back to Work

It's been a few days of suspense, and today is no exception. Nine o' clock came a nd went, and to much of the delight of people in Kedah, Surau Salihiah is still standing despite rumours of it going to be demolished by surprise in the middle of the night. It is such...what? So, people around here don't really care about anwar ibrahim's case, so what? Just because they're more concerned about tanah waqf meant for surau more than anwar's tushee stabbing case don't make them bad people.

Even I was surprised, although as surprised as finding some egg shells in my roti telor, but okay, slightly. This is the judicial; all around the world, we have seen judicial rulings made against what people had hoped for, so what's this one to surprise us about? Just like shouldn't put all his thingy in one behind, we should learn never to put all our eggs in one basket.

Anyway, the verdict for anwar came as a surprise for many, even the western media. Even anwar and his spinners find it difficult to take back their foregone conclusion that they have given to western media and foreign diplomats earlier. Even pakatan find it difficult to have their stop their people from doing any subversive operations. The only thing they managed to stop is the planned riot...although they still have to pay the performers. Anwar's cry for consipracy ended up with his ass getting kicked again when he's freed. So, where actually is the conspiracy...apart from the one that you have been designing.

What will anwar do next? Well, considering he still managed to order Hasan Ali's removal just before his case's decision, we might just see him going on rampage and destroy those who never supported him during the case. Kedah pas might just receive the brunt of it. The MB right down to the excos have a long history of not bothering about anwar, let alone during his sodomy trial, maybe we'll see a "strange" turn of tides and suddenly mahfuz appears as the MB of Kedah...by which time, you just might see Kedahans commit harakiri en masse. Perhaps Azizan, Phahrolrazi, Ameerudin and others will have to watch where they're going and what they're doing, because they might have a video camera on their tail, courtesy of one-eyed brusied ego...

We do understand that with's anwar being set free, many in pkr are quite upset. People like azmin had to bite his lips and remain loyal to anwar as his hopes of being President of the Republic of Malaysia is now gone, and has to settle for second tier. Hopes for others who has been lobbying are now left in ruins, incarcerated.

Well, quoting anwar when he was released, "We have an agenda." He was right, the worry that NED and other western aid might stop once he is incarcerated is now gone. It is time to get back to work, it is time to take Malaysia into The New World Order. He's getting back to work, and once he's done, we'll understand how one man to ruin us all, and in darkness, bind them.

DYMM Sultan Kedah Is Malaysia's New King...Kedah Sejahtera Now?

Historically, one might simply assume that Kedah is a sad and morose state. Despite being the first state on the peninsular to receive Islam, Kedah spent years and years of political interference, mostly from Siam...well, actually from Ligor (where Narathiwat is now). The Raja of Ligor attacks Kedah quite a lot, in the name of the King of Siam. Honestly, the king had no idea what Raja Ligor was up to until much later.

Kedah was one of the biggest state on the Malay Peninsula, that include Setol (Kedah: Setoi, Thai: Satun) and Jala (Thai: Yala). However, with the Anglo-Siamese Treaty of 1909, the two provinces were ceded to Siam, despite the British's attempt to keep it within Kedah. The Siamese King claimed that 2 provinces contain a large number of Siamese population. Of course, in reality, there were (are) more than 88% Malay population in that area.

The British could not have done better: they tricked the Sultan of Kedah into leasing Pulau Pinang to the disoriented buccaneer, Francis Light, and later parts of the mainland, now known as Butterworth. When Siam ceded Kedah to the British, for the first time Kedah had an Advisor to the State Government. Why Advisor, I never knew, because he never gives advice, he orders and dictates, and everybody is expected to bow to his wishes. When the British built a road from Kuala Ketil to Kulim (rubber industrial area), Kedah had no money to pay them. For that, the British ceded parts of south Kedah to the Federated Malay States, namely Parit Buntar.

Historically, Kedah is one of the most abused state by foreign powers.

It must also be said that, despite all of that, Kedah gave Malaysia 2 leaders who shaped Malaysia: Tengku Abdul Rahman and Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad. The two of them shaped Malaysia prominently, one who achieved independece for Malaysia from the thieving british, and one who modernized Malaysia and slapped the west at the same time.

At midnight, 13th of December 2011, Kedah again made history when the Sultan of Kedah, KDYMM Tengku Abdul Halim Muazzam Shah, became the KDYMM Yang Dipertuan Agung for the 2nd time. The first time he held that position was between 1970 to 1975. The rotation came to a full circle in 36 years, and Tengku Abdul Halim stepped into annals of Malaysia history when he was proclaimed the Yang Dipertuan Agung again, as the article below, from Utusan Malaysia:

KUALA LUMPUR 13 Dis.

– BERNAMA

There are certain quarters of pas who already banging their empty cans and telling those who gave them time, that it is during pas' rule that the Sultan of Kedah becomes the YDP Agung. Well, I guess they forgot to mention that it is during their rule also that the flood got worse, water supply got so bad, the road got so many potholes to be counted and the water catchment areas of Pedu and Sik got so bald.

Kedahans are very proud, the state produced 2 Prime Ministers, a number of top administrators in the government, and now their Sultan is the YDP Agung for the second time. Of course, pas can also brag that produced two nitwits from the north, such as mahfuz and mat sapu.

Kedahans have wished prosperity, a happy and eventful reign, and to safely carry out his royal duties as the Yang Dipertuan Agung. It is with that hope and wishes, and humble pride, Kedahans look forward to the state government to provide a better infrastructure, a solid utilities and maintenance system and good governance, because so far, with what the state government under azizan has given, it's all wishful thinking.

In the meantime, we offer our sincere and humble congratulations to KDYMM Tengku Abdul Halim Muazzam Shah to be proclaimed the 14th Yang Dipertuan Agung of Malaysia, the second time in his reign.

Daulat Tuanku!
Long Live The King!
Vive Le Roi!

Berpanjangan Usia Di Atas Takhta.

Video: Gelombang Merah Kedah Darul Aman - Masa Untuk Berubah

Three years of pas ruling Kedah has only revealed more and more of their incompetency and shortcomings. Kedahans are sick and tired of pas' drama and bull, and the time has arrived to make a change; a change that will determine the future of Kedah and the people, free of pas and their inept administration and deceitful follies.

The wave is here...Gelombang Merah Kedah Darul Aman : Gelombang Kebangkitan Rakyat

We Wish The Man Would Go Away...Now!!!

Strangely, there were a lot of cheerful folks at lunch this afternoon, and majority of them arre UMNO members. The news came hours before that, Khairy Jamaluddin, the most loathed character ever to appear in UMNO, has confirmed that he will not be defending his Rembau parliamentary seat in the next election. Further to that, KJ will be quitting politics...forever, we hope. Even then, there were murmurs of "why doesn't he just quit now?" No tears, no sullen faces, just cheerful expressions as rounds and rounds of teh ais were ordered.

The Star reported today on the issue, click here

Now that's a guy who is capable of creating betrayals upon betrayals by UMNO Youth delegates during the UMNO Youth Chief election, which ended in his victory despite getting a low number in nominations. The split among UMNO Youth can be traced to him when he came into UMNO. Who can ever forget the historic victory chant over his win, of "KJ Rasuah" booming loud all over PWTC that night?

Hope fully, with this news, UMNO Youth will reunite to win back the new generation who have been sitting on the fence ever since the dark days of Pak Lah and KJ. in Kedah especially, we do hope this will happen as the younger generation seems to be lost and wandering without any alliance. Pas Kedah not doing much to attract them either as the young Kedahans seems to be sick and tired with Pas' attempt to be holier than Islam itself. Yes, to Pas Kedah, every order they command on these young chaps, they made it sound as if it's a commandment from God.

Looking at what is happening now, it seems that KJ really has nowhere to go. Rembau never actually accepted him, the public, that is. He did win a heavily tainted UMNO election to become the UMNO Youth Chief, which saw the UMNO wing slide further down the cesspool. UMNO Youth has been seen as a limp, rigid, unrealistic and without balls under the tenureship of KJ.

The resignation of the incompetent pak lah actually ended his ambition, and he should've called it quits by then. He became worse than a walking dead with the return of Tun Mahathir into UMNO. The closing speeches on the closing day of the UMNO assembly saw thunderous applause at every mention of Tun Mahathir, and sarcastic and pitiful claps at the mention of KJ. The writing was on the wall, but KJ foolishly thought he was brave to go on...let's face it, he was and always is a dumb twat. He won the position, then cold shouldered and given the righful silent treatment. No more back-seat driving the country into tatters like in good old pak lah days.

He did let his people lobby Datuk Seri Najib for cabinet positioned, but i guess Najib outsmarted him, shelving him to the side like a useless furniture.

To attract more youth back into the UMNO fold, people like KJ and his "loyal" followers need to be guided to the exit, fast. The fate of the UMNO Youth's survival depends on that. I have a strange feeling that should KJ announce that he's quitting politics forever tomorrow, there'll be celebrations. Part of the good news is here with his announcement, hopefully more will arrive soon. At this moment, we wish that man would go away...now!

Dulcis est mendacium, et conveniens

Well, it must be said that, if there are any anti-climatic scenes in any movie, today must be the pen-ultimate among them all.

There were rumors that the list of new UMNO State Chief Liaison will be out today. There were calls and sms streaming in and out today. The hopes for the wave of changes for the state of Kedah ran sky-high, and it should be. Why? Well, after the non-stop falling flat on their faces performance by the pas-led government, and the all too often sleeping UMNO, too drowsy to jump and tackle any issues that seems to place Kedahans out of their breathing spaces.

The past one month seems to drive most Kedahans to the edge of their seats with much empathy. Datuk Mukhriz Mahathir was reported that he will be able and ready to lead if given the chance. That, I guess, drove many into a high-hope frenzy. Here, finally, an iconic character, a son of another icon of Kedah, finally stated that he is able and ready after much hesitance since 2008. To Kedahans, here is a leader who the general public can always reach out and relate to; a new blood instead of the already worn out state UMNO leaders who Kedahans never bother to think about. Even better than the so-called know-it-all old and useless UMNO warlords who seem to be spending most of their time sharpening their knives to cut away any blossoming flower that might overshadow their old weary and dying petals.

And the dream that Datuk Seri Najib had planted? Wow, Rakyat Didahulukan, Pencapaian Diutamakan. For the first time since the decrepit Pak Lah, people's voice will be heard, and considered too. The Kedah public remembers too well. When the UMNO Youth state candidates campaigned, everybody seems to be "Mukhriz's buddy." Confidence grew when they gave Mukhriz a thumping nomination. Little did they guess that those same people, after winning their respective posts corkscrewed Mukhriz to make him come out last in the UMNO Youth Chief election, where most of them betrayed and "sold" themselves to to the odious Khairy Jambanludin. I think that was the last time ever they ever believed in their so-called state leaders. Najib's banner seems to promise that the people comes first, and their views matter most...that is definitely better than pak lah's terbuang, tembelang...I can't even remember what that was. The people put their trust in Najib. The largely victimized Kedah, has put their trust in Najib's promises.

The list came out around 3.30-4.00pm, and finally...all the fuss and excitement died suddenly to a whimper after it was announced that Dato Bashah is the new UMNO Kedah Chief Liaison, and Mukhriz is the Deputy. Calls and sms of excitement quickly turned to screams and notes of anger and dissatisfaction. The old UMNO warlords laughed contently and pas supporters breathed a few sighs of relief. Well, to pas, they feel that their chances to rule Kedah for another term has been gift-wrapped on a silver platter by Najib.

The new bloods are disillusioned again. Yes, even if BN manages to wrest Kedah again, what chances of improvements will there be? In fact, will Mahadzir Khalid go down in history as the last MB from UMNO? Was Najib ever serious with his Rakyat Didahulukan slogan, or is fast becoming a farce, as stated by a good friend of mine? Don't get me wrong, Bashah is a loyal man, and very affable in his duties. Unfortunately that ends there. Without a clear vision/direction, a leadership quality and credibility and mostly, without respect, he might end up in the same gutters as the incompetent Mahadzir Khalid.

At a time where Kedahans believe that UMNO Kedah should be revolutionized by new and younger blood, a lame duck was given the task. What a letdown, and with that announcement, more and more youngsters seem to be leaving as they see that the people were never heard or even mattered by Najib, only those who are loyal, competent or not, will be given the crown to the throne. To them, enough is enough. If they want to be screwed in this manner, they would've chosen anwar...

I guess that's the fate of UMNO Kedah so far, haru biru, while the Kedahans can just sit on their garden swing and while rocking themselves to an evening kip, wait for more and more gaffs from the present pas-led state government and UMNO as

well. Well, 2 shows for the price of 1. Thank you Najib, this is where people realize that your slogan is just a bad dream that extended from the scary pak lah days.

There might be silver lining in all this mockery, but with bated breath I will wait.

TO DATUK MUKHRIZ, WE WOULD LIKE TO CONGRATULATE YOUR FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT AS THE DEPPUTY CHIEF LIAISON, WE BELIEVE THAT KEDAH AND KEDAHANS ARE WITH YOU ALWAYS

Kedah Bakal Berubah (Teaser)

Kedahans have seen, felt and were even hurt and disappointed with the failure after failure of the pas-led government of Kedah in handling major issues. Kedahans have now vied for a change and its wave shall arrive. Wait for it...

If Mukhriz Returns, Does UMNO Kedah Dare To Change

It is a busy month, but I did manage to attend my niece's birthday last week. My sister in law prmised me that there will be clowns and I was very excited. However, I was utterly disappointed when there were 2 actual clowns; I could've sworn I heard she said there'll be mat sabu and mahfuz, the usual clowns.

Lo and behold, in my times of absence, there were countless sms flying in, buzzing of the return of Mukhriz to the much ravaged state of Kedah, depleted by the savage untrained fingers of pas, denying their failures in helping out the Kedahans.

This is going to be a short article, I am still collecting data from different camps of pas and UMNO. We already know the sweaty-browed reaction by the pas camp, especially from mahfuz after realizing that he might not have the chance to kick azizan in the butt and usurp the throne. In the UMNO camp however, there has been a very busy influx of lobbyibg from the old horse such as det khalid, bashah, tajuddin kentucky and even mat lebai sudin, and the stronger rumor of the return of Mukhriz really making muddied waters murkier for them.

For the time being, if Mukhriz is willing to lead Kedah, will UMNO dare to change from their usual "little boy lost" attitude? We know Kedahans have been wishing for his return for some time already. What about det khalid, jo baharum and the rest of the unwanted crew?

Le chef du peuple est de retour

Voices Up North : Whispers In The Wind

Well, those pakatan twerps are still doing the work of 3 people: Larry, Curly and Moe. They were seen a few days ago placing banners of themselves on the road to parliament, in protest of an UMNO banner which was
placed somewhere there as well. It's nice to see the Malays of pas and pkr hanging up the posters and banners of dap and pas, while the Chinese and Indians also hanging up the dap materials. It's amusing to see the Chinese and Indian pakatan members not even touching pas posters and banners, not even with a 10 foot stick. I am still wondering why. Maybe that's why they still worship Anwar's 1-All-Seeing-Eye.

Anyway, let's leave the red monkeys flying banners and posters up their respective... ummm... wherever they want to stick it and return up north. Since last year, there were whispers of a new Ketua Perhubungan Negeri for UMNO Kedah to replace the present Shafiee Afdal. But all of the rumors seem to die down after time. Every few months, you'll hear this again and again, and the UMNO warlords had to go all out to put out this fire. Alas, nowadays, the whispers are not whispering anymore, it's getting louder. And the wind carrying the whispers seem to blow faster and faster and you can almost smell the whiff of fear permeating in the air, mostly coming from the camps of the old UMNO warlords.

At this moment, nobody can attest to the authencity of this new Ketua Perhubungan Negeri. Even at that, in so many places, one name has been cropping up, and that will be Mukhriz Mahathir. I wouldn't be scratching my head if Jerlun and/or Kubang Pasu talks of him, but to have areas such as Baling, Sungai Petani and even Jerai? Now that's a name that spells change for Kedah and the state UMNO.

If it is true, if Mukhriz is the UMNO Kedah's Ketua Perhubungan Negeri, then finally the grassroots, instead of their state leaders, will finally get what they have always wanted, and that's maybe the first time since pak lah. Some people did declare that they did wish Najib would listen to the grassroots instead of the Ketua Cawangan or Bahagian. If this happens, maybe he did. And if he did, it's about time. Kedahans are sick and tired of the dundering blockheads...no, not mahfuz, that have been running the state from one disaster to another, to which the water problem sees no solution. It doesn't matter what pas supporters say because, all their defenses will still give no water to those affected areas. And of course, we are also sick to the stomach with old umno humpty dumptys (the warlords), who are scrambling to get positions for themselves, and most of Najib's men could never put all these humpty dumptys together again.

It must also be said that it will not be an easy road for Mukhriz if the rumors are right. He will have to work hard to establish his own footing, away from the shadows of his father in Kedah. Support from grassroots might not be much of a problem but he still needs to prove his worth. To achieve all of these might prove to be a road full of treachery for him, as we have seen what happened to his father in Kubang Pasu in the nomination to be a delegate last time. Most treacheries might be from within the state, and there might be one or two from somewhere in-between the country's capital and it's southern neighbor. Mukhriz might also find that the son of his father's closest neighbor in Kedah to be such a noisy fly. Well, it will be more noisy with the MB's chair up for grabs in a few years.

The hesitant icon of Kedah shall return? Will we see drastic measures of change sweeping up UMNO Kedah? It is about time those useless UMNO warlords find the exits waiting for them. While waiting for this, I'll just brush up on this nice 70s song by a group called Steam called Na Na Hey Hey Kiss Him Goodbye...

Ok, altogether now, "nanana, nanana, hey hey hey goodbye..."

And once we're done, let's recap at Kedah Sejahtera (?)

KJ's Crap Here, Crap There, Crap, Crap Crap!!!

We could've had the soft spoken, charismatic and iconic Mukhriz Mahathir, we could've had the out-spoken, experienced but slightly condescending Khir Toyo, but no....they had to climb into kj's cave of gold. In the end, Khairy Jamaluddin is the UMNO Youth Chief, and UMNO Youth crumbled in spirits, guts spilled and gored. Not dead, but in the painful limbo, between life and death. To all who fancies the supernatural, here's an example of how, ever since KJ's victory as UMNO Youth Chief, not to believe too much on the subject of life after death. As you can see, with KJ leading the Umno Youth, there is not much life before death itself.

It's amazing to see kj on TV last night, delivering a speech to a crowd of 98% sleeping (or least listening to MP3 or playing games on their hand phones), to which the crowd erupted to a few seconds of silence and a handful of sarcastic clapping. what was stranger to me was his claim that they (The UMNO Youth) are a group who wants to no position in party and government. I might be getting old, but the memory of KJ lobbying for ministerial post via his Pemuda cronies hasn't really dissolved away from my mind.

Of course, his speech was much praised and well liked. And of course it has...what? Who praised it? Oh yes, I forgot...who else, but his father in law, Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi. Please allow me to reiterate: Pak Lah
has always been an icon of a sleeping...no, not giant, just a sleeping fellow. The internet is rich of his pictures depicting him sleeping at almost every government function, rivaled only by Kedah's MB, Azizan. The question remains: was he actually awake to see his beloved son in law delivering the sleepy speech? The mystery deepens.

To add salt to the wound, an UMNO Youth delegate from Kedah actually criticized KJ. No, not asking KJ to resign like everybody wanted, but to "politely" scold him for not coming to Kedah often. For the record, KJ only came to Kedah twice...and that's already too much. To that delegate from Kedah, somebody should get a galah and tolong jolokkan...no, we're not going to ask anwar ibrahim to that either. Who in their right mind wants kj to come to Kedah? The frivolous harbinger of doom, here? Why not ask Tun Abdullah to be economic advisor to Kedah while you're at it?

The time had come for Pemuda UMNO to stop this ass-worshiping attitude and get on with what the youths actually want: kick KJ out; out of the youth movement and out of UMNO. To the delegates, ketua bahagian and cawangan, remember that the more you stick with an unwanted rogue for a leader, the more grassroots’ support you lose. But still, we know that you'll never hear what we say, you can hear of tinkling sounds from the top. Not that there'll be any candle-light vigil when Pemuda is dead, but close, since it's already in an ICU state, just like UMNO Kedah's old warlords. Just like Kedah, Pemuda UMNO must dare to change before it's too late, before The Apprentice takes an even bolder step.

Update 24th October 2010:

I read an article in a Malay daily yesterday where KJ criticized those leaders who are in a category known as "Syok Sendiri." Ok, so I might agree to that statement as it actually describes the UMNO Kedah's old warlords...yes, yes, opposition too, but we're not talking about mahfuz today.

What I find most amusing is that KJ's statement seems to run off the back of him and his bunch of cronies. Not true, you say? Let's see: winning suspiciously after a more than 5 hours of ballot counting of less than 1000 votes. Claims that the whole UMNO Youth supports him but actually non-existent when looked from the grassroots' point of view. Hmmm...he goes everywhere with his own personal people to greet and show, at least, a crowd, KJ is doubt a pariah of his own design. The way things are going, UMNO Youth at the moment, will remain without balls till the day the rightful challenger kicks him out of UMNO forever. At the moment, he can go and syok sendiri...maybe along with the old warlords of UMNO Kedah.

Voices Up North: Slippery When Wet…and Dry

Kedah is a land of contrasts...that might sound nice if it were an advertisement for Tourism Malaysia, but considering how jam packed it was at the Juru (Penang) Toll Plaza, Penang Bridge Toll Plaza and the (yawn) close to smattering of vehicles coming out from the highway to the Alor Setar Selatan Toll Plaza, it actually shows how popular Alor Setar itself. The disturbing banner of Mr. Bean...no, not that Mr. Bean, this is the useless but accidentally funny Mahfuz after the toll plaza is really not helping Alor Setar as a tourist destination.
Somehow there are some people who seems to link that banner and the reason of why cars passing by seems to move even faster to Bukit Kayu Hitam, but never mind.

Don't get me wrong, mahfuz is the type of guy who does not know the meaning of the word "Fear." We did try giving him a Thesaurus, but he doesn't know the meaning of that either.

Historically, Kedah has been long established as the rice bowl of Malaysia. Yes, Mahfuz too, but he's more of a swinging bowl (mangkuk hayun) of Pas...hey, not my call! You really should go to pas members' kenduris, that where they always make fun of mahfuz. Anyway, back to the history lesson, Kedah padi season recognizes the hot dry spells of draught and rainy season at the end of the year. After Malaysia's Independence in 1957, the Federal government and Kedah state embarked on a beneficial project known as Pedu Dam in Padang Terap. The completion of this project spawned Muda Dam and Muda Irrigation Program or Rancangan Pengairan Muda. This project has ensured that no padi fields in their program suffer the destruction of their crops by drought ever again. That reminded me of last year's news where padi farmers complained of their crops destroyed by drought, and how MB's secretary replied that it was caused by draught. As those farmers were in the Muda Program, and since water levels at Pedu and Muda didn't even budge, his remarks were met with riotous laughter at restaurants and coffee-shops in Kedah. Sensing that, he gave another remark of how the past government is at fault. Maybe Azizan should try hiring an actual Kedahan as his secretary.

Kedah has been naturally rich in water and despite what we see on TV, mahfuz' "Mr-Bean" condition has no bearing whatsoever with the waters of Kedah. Kedah supplies Perlis and Penang with raw water, and both states enjoyed it free of charge. Perlis is a small state and its consumption is quite average. Kedah's water to Penang, on the other hand, supports Penang's industrial, tourism and so many aspects in the development of the island.

It's quite strange how Pihak Bekalan Air (PBA) once claimed that there is no such thing as water coming from Kedah. Their claim is Sungai Muda is in no-man's land (borderline) of Kedah-Penang and the water is free to be claimed. That's a nice take on it, but if they actually learn how to read the map at Pejabat Tanah, they will notice that the border of the land they call Butterworth/Penang starts right on the riverbank on their side, minus the river. The river and the riverbank on the other side belong to Kedah. But, as a friend of mine from Penang says, "The epitome of Penangites: What's mine is mine, what's yours is mine." Hopefully, one day, Kedah might reroute the river to cover other padi fields within the state that is not covered by the Muda Program.

Since 2008, people of Kedah experienced a new government which they elected out of anger, and sadly the replacement could never bring the state any notches up at all. Despite boasting that they cut down costs deemed excessive for the development and up keeping the water storage and treatment plants, water pressure dropped tremendously, causing many areas without water. This, in a state that has been naturally blessed with water. Certain places in Sik, Jeniang, Pendang and even several villages in Pedu endured months and years waking up early in the morning just to get water for the household. It is not a secret but pas and pakatan pro-bloggers did try to suppress this issue, and when it popped up right on their noses, they placed the blame on the previous state government. That usually serves as a good cover-up from getting their asses kicked.

It was bad enough with having many parts of Kedah celebrating Eid-ul-Fitri last year and this year without the necessary supply of water, the Menteri Besar, Azizan took another step forward (depending on which side you look from) by increasing the water tariff between 22 - 45%. Of course, we will have twerps like Det Khalid calling foul, but was brushed off by Azizan stating that it is not his fault but Federal's. If Det Khalid actually looks into a microscope of that issue, he could've rephrased into another way of blaming the state government, such as "how did it come up to this resolution?", "why and who requested Federal aid?", "why did the Federal require structuring of debt?"...but no, well, I guess he didn’t want to ask about how that debt gets there in the first place either. But ultimately, the state government has the absolute jurisdiction on whether to increase the water rates or not. Say, Azizan, did you try taxing Penang and Perlis for the consumption of Kedah's water first? Even Kulim Hi-Tech Park never had a supply of quality water compared to what Penang is getting.

Since early this year, we saw Lim Guan Eng trying to raise the water rates in Penang under the pretense of "avoiding wastage of water." What was that all about? Your water is free, and free-flowing, unlike Kedah, Penang doesn't have to do a huge maintenance of a few dams and one huge dam whereby a mini-submarine is needed. Anyway, we're not talking about Emperor
Lim and his singaporized Penang. The quality of water is also in question. In many areas, people still long for clear fresh water instead of water corroded with muck and rust. I remember a friend of mine complaining that he now has to change his water filter every one to two months. This might be good to regenerate economy of the state with increase in demand for water filters, but why not find something that doesn't actually force people into doing it?

Pakatan supporters did try to attack this truth. They claim that they have been enjoying high quality and abundance of water supply in their house. On one hand, that is good for them, but nobody is talking about them. What about those people who are not getting water?

The water problem caused a lot of problems whereby it affected religious ceremonies, kenduris and so much more.

Wait a minute...where are the Umno Kedah warlords? Yes, so Det Khalid did open his empty mouth but that's about it, then it's all quiet on the northern front. Where's the over-talking Tajuddin Kentucky? Or the regal Tajul Urus? I think I saw Ajis Rempit doing maximum impact out of here...

Kedahans are getting fed-up with the state government while pro-pakatan bloggers are still busy pulling fairy tales out of their asses for people to see. The gutless Umno Kedah and their toothless UMB team are like the quality of water Kedahans are getting: slow and rusty.
Perhaps it is time to change, Kedahans must dare to change. With so many problems with the state, it's no surprise to see that whenever pas representatives drop by any kampung area to indirectly force people to attend their ceramah, children usually run to the kitchen and tell their mum this, which is equivalent to what European children shouted when Nazi supporters come around: Mutter, der Mann mit großen Lügen hier, translation? Here's a nice PG13 translation:

Mak, tukang karut dah mai.

Hey. that's a nice PG13 translation, it could've been worse. Yes, they could've said, "Mak, Mahfuz mai" which might just cause pandemonium and riot...and the circus might have to leave town and look elsewhere to make some money.

Elly Wong - Much Ado About Anwar

What does a conspiracy theorist do when his theory is proven right? An ego boost? More paranoid? I don’t know, I feel none of those so far. All I can say is, “I guessed so.” To my friends who had similarly theorized, well, they’re not congratulating themselves either.

Back in 2009, there was a sudden torrent of news about a certain ADUN who is involved in a sex scandal. Rumors of pictures and videos circulating on the internet drove net users into a feeding frenzy searching Google and yahoo. To their dismay, only certain pictures were there despite strong claims of a video. Many blogs displayed the pictures, although they were already toned down. As usual, Anwar blames UMNO for the distribution of the pictures, despite the fact that the rumors about the pictures came from PKR, and most of UMNO’s leaders were vague about the issue. As it turned out, the pictures were allegedly taken by Elizabeth Wong’s boyfriend, Hilmi Malik, who had already disappeared. The pictures were distributed as a result of some problems in their relationship, as I understand it.

Somewhere in March 2009, I remember meeting some friends and by chance the topic turned to the issue of the Bukit Lanjan State Assemblyperson. As put by a conspiracy theorist friend, one of the tell-tale sign of the issue is Anwar’s own doing is, “Where is hilmi?” Reports stated that he disappeared, and my friend told me that basically, just like anybody that Anwar feels might threaten his agenda will need to be “disappeared.” Maybe that’s what happened to the former Bukit Selambau (Kedah) State Assemblyman, the PUSRAWI Doctor and the private investigator on the Altantuya spin. He said it then, as he still says it now, “I smell Anwar thick in this case.”

Basically I would agree with that, but just like a conspiracy theory, how do we prove it? I might guess that people within Anwar’s circle would know this, but I gravely doubt that as I always understand that Anwar is the type of person who keeps to himself. I even doubt that his own family knows what is actually up to.

Last week, the Independent Block in the Parliament sprang a surprise for Anwar where they unleashed a tirade of behind-the-scene facts on Anwar and the scandal involving Elizabeth Wong.(Click Here)

So there was a video! And as expected, Anwar denies all this and even instructed his DAP guard-dogs to start attacking. Even Elizabeth Wong slammed Zulkifli Nordin and Zahrain. But that shouldn’t be a surprise as Elizabeth came close to losing her job when Zulkifli Nordin urged the gutless Khalid Ibrahim to strip Elizabeth off all state government positions because of the scandal. On Zulkifli Nordin and Zahrain’s challenge to Anwar to swear or take an oath in the mosque…well, we know what Anwar’s reaction will be…yes, he’ll be absent for that.

I received a call on the weekend from my friend, which he stated, “What did I say?” Oh dear….

Anyway, some of the things that I remember about last year are quite shameful, especially the Elizabeth Wong’s case. I don’t care about Elizabeth, I’m talking more about the Muslims. Of course, in the beginning, her boyfriend, the Muslim Malay who is already married set the motion when he distributed the pictures and disappeared. Anwar instructed his Erdogan goons to paint a different picture of Elizabeth Wong, where she becomes a “victim” instead of a lady with 1 or 2 boyfriends committing either close-proximity and/or zina with a Muslim in her spare time. Pas, pakatan’s halal-maker went in full force where she spoke from one pas ceramah to another, and where the Muslimahs wept uncontrollably and hugged her. I’m as sympathetic as the next guy, but I believe in God, first and foremost. Pakatan, who made so much noise about Chua Soi Lek’s scandal and demanded his resignation on the grounds of morality are suddenly turning a blind eye to her morals. Well, turning a blind eye, for pakatan, is a redundant statement.

The Elizabeth Wong scandal will always remind me on the stunted thinking of the Muslim Malays. Anwar has actually succeeded at opening another avenue for non-Muslims to extract support from the Muslim Malays – sympathy. Of course, the Malays in Singapore never got any from their government, the Malays are always sympathetic first, truth later (although they don’t care it’s true or not).

At the same time, where is Hilmi? Is he back? I hope so, he should take care of his family first. Do those in the Independent Block know whatever happened to those people who disappeared last time? One of these days I would really like to know whether my friend’s conspiracy theory holds water or not.

Anwar? Well, based from what I was taught and made to understand, whenever he denies or says no, they mean the opposite.

DAP's All Hot Air and Total Stinker

As I have predicted, nothing much happened over the weekend, although there were some moments of life...no, nothing to do with the Pas Muktamar, that was a doozy. I was talking about World Cup. Well, the World Cup over the weekend was something like the Pas Muktamar. The difference is, watching World Cup’s Argentina and South Korea games really brought everything to life. If Anwar Ibrahim wanted to carry out a coup de tat on Pas during the weekend, he could’ve gotten it done hands down as ¾ of the delegates were fast asleep. Of course, the STAR’s Joceline Tan did mention the silence in PAS’ delegates, but I feel that she’s too kind to mention that they were fast asleep.

Something I watched on TV before the weekend actually tweaked my interest. The Prime Minister finished tabling The Tenth Malaysia Plan and there were buzzes of comments everywhere, and Bernama quoted Tony Pua, the DAP Member of Parliament for Petaling Jaya Utara as saying:

"Kita khuatir dasar penswastaan ini akan mengulangi apa yang berlaku pada tahun 1980 dan tahun 1990 pada zaman era pemerintahan bekas Perdana Menteri, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.”

Well said and done to the man who said these words but doesn’t really know where to stick it. It is understandable how much hatred DAP has for Tun Mahathir as they virtually lost every single war-of-words with him, and not to mention Tun always having the last word every time. To crowning glory, which is the final insult to DAP (and PAS), despite DAP and Pas’ claims that Malaysia is never an Islamic country, Malaysia was chosen as the Chairperson of the OIC during the era of Tun Mahathir.

I remember back in 1999, Lim Kit Siang and Karpal Singh were defeated in Penang, as a result for their cooperation with Pas. Ironically, during the campaigns, Lim Kit Siang was also known as “Mahathir’s Pet Opposition.” Why? I have no idea. It was the most testing time for Tun Mahathir in 1999 with pro-Anwar sentiments, but BN managed to secure 2/3 majority, much to Barisan Al-Tenat-if’s chagrin.

Looking back, the transformation from a backwater country to a globally recognized nation (much to Singapore’s anger) was strategically engineered by Tun. Many people, doesn’t matter from which ethnic group, recognizes that Tun’s visions are rarely for the present, but for the future. The bullying British were given a tight slap when the Look East policy and Buy British Last came up, the United Nations were poked up their noses for their kiasu management of the Bosnian massacre, America and Israel were lambasted again and again for their roles in the murder of millions of Palestinians. Singapore? Well, the island much adored and worshipped by DAP were clapped in iron and tongue tied to stop Tun Mahathir from making Malaysia a far more recognized
country compared to the island state. Australia? They usually exist to be kicked around by Tun Mahathir for thinking that just because they are Caucasians, they have a right to boss everybody around.

For all the things Tun have fought for globally, he has been branded anti-Semitic. This is very strange as the percentage of Semitic Jews in Israel alone is 21% of the total population and the rest of the Semitic groups are their brethren, the Arabs. We should say, “Nice try” to the non-Semitic Caucasian Jews but please, we are not fooled.

It must be very upsetting for DAP that a Malay leader of Malaysia has the capacity and vision to transform Malaysia with such vigorous tenacity, instead of Lim Kit Siang…and/or his boss, Lee Kuan Yew. When Tun announced the construction of Penang Bridge, a DAP leader stated that if it ever completes, he will personally jump…which he did, off DAP and into MCA. They basically complaint on almost anything that was designed for the future of modern Malaysia, but later on used it as if they owned the utility.

As DAP claims itself as a “democratic” (although socialist) party, they talk much about against the use of Internal Security Act, or ISA. On this issue, Tun Mahathir was condemned again and again. Sometimes it becomes a farce, as Singapore’s PAP (from which DAP is the off-spring) uses the same act of its opponents, but kept mum by DAP. Maybe they were afraid of their Boss, or they might be afraid that something might not reach them if they voice out.

Only now DAP claims to have a lot Malays as members although everybody knows DAP is a Lim dynasty party. Anwar thought he was responsible for DAP’s triumph in the 2008 elections, much to the amusement of DAP leaders. What actually happened? The only thing Anwar was responsible for was providing DAP the valuable insights on bamboozling the Muslim Malays into lapping up everything they dish. In fact, even DAP was astounded; when they quoted the Qur’an for the sake of a socialist state, the Malays will be so impressed and touched, greeting it with “Wow” and “Whoa”. Their proudest moment? DAP leaders can just stay indoor, watch TV and clap when they see how much the Muslim Malays go against their own people, their own rulers and their own wits in defense of the socialist dap state of Perak. I think by now, the Malays can be confirmed that they exist only to be riding donkeys of DAP and Pakatan Rakyat.

That was something they could never do when Mahathir was in power as he was very protective of the Malays. Of course, Pak Lah’s time was the time of dread nobody wants to remember.

DAP is always ever so ready to jump into matters which they feel will benefit them. Maybe that’s why the DAP is sweating profusely when British forensics expert Professor Dr Peter Vanezis debunked Dr Pornthip’s claims that Teoh Beng Hock was not murdered. Pornthip’s absence and antics might just give them a fright every now and then. Then again, we believe DAP will definitely find the truth in the Teoh Beng Hock case, but they might not accept the truth if it doesn’t go in their direction.

Tun Mahathir brought Malaysia at least 30 years ahead of its time, some people managed to catch up, some got left behind and a few more lost their way. Many Chinese, Malays and Indians benefited from it, and…what have DAP contributed to the modernization of Malaysia? Even with all the complaints in past, we don’t see the Penang DAP government tearing down the Penang Bridge, which they termed as “white elephant” in the past. There has been nothing but hot air blowing from DAP since the independence of Malaysia in 1957, and we shall more hot air blowing from their..errr…head, not just from Tony Pua, but the rest of pakatan as well. I guess they can release their steam by tainting Tun Mahathir in every statement they made, the progress has already been made, and DAP contributed nothing.

The Malays - Fate In The Other Eye

Have there been any other alternative data and/or evidence that we need to prod into to prove it otherwise? Oh yes, before I begin, I am sure there are those who might think this article may be racist and/or pointing towards dissent or breakdown of the natural social order...sorry to disappoint.

The by-elections of the previous years since 2008 have show that the Malays are split. Brand it anything you want, but it is not something new. Historically Malays have been a united race, but then again, any ethnic group in the world has never actually been united, unless something happens to threaten their dominance and/or existence.

History taught us that, one way or the other, the Malays have been always accommodating. Foreigners come to this country hundreds of years ago to trade, and after witnessing the importance of the location, invaded it as well. There were rebellions, but were never successful. Any foreigners that come in, became rich and the Malays always ended up calling them "Master", "Tuan", "sir", and the Malays are usually titled, "Kadam", "Mat" and "Hoi, you!"

Even during the campaigns of the late Tengku Abdul Rahman for independence from Britain were viewed with certain skeptical spirit by some Malays. These are usually made of people who would say, "What independence? You can't even manufacture a needle!!!" who later on evolved to those who said, "A national car? You don't even know how to make a carburetor." These people are still around, usually very advanced for their time after being well educated by MARA programs, UiTM universities. You might recognize them from such statements like, "Who needs the old Malay rights anymore?" or "Special privileges for Malays are unfair!"

2008 was a different split. It was not between UMNO and Pas anymore, as the Malays were torn asunder. DAP emerged the most victorious, although they still humor Anwar Ibrahim into thinking that he is the next President of Malaysia, ruled by DAP. It's not surprising, because they had a model in Perak, which was ruled by DAP and a powerless (most of the time, brainless) PAS MB. Does it surprise anyone that the conglomerate of Ngeh and Nga answer any question directed the MB during the State Assembly?

Modern urban Malays feel that they identify more with DAP. Malays from rural area feel very patriotic when DAP tells them to hold their flag in the name of Pakatan Rakyat while DAP announces that even Malay villagers become their member. In short, they agree that Malay rights should be scrapped, and for them, it should be.

It has been more than 50 years that Malaysia gained its independence from the British, and 41 years after the unfortunate incident of 1969. The spirit of integration has been instilled into the generations of Malaysians, while at the same time, keeping the identity of who they are. 2008, with Anwar Ibrahim tore all of those apart. The Chinese voters stayed away from the government, while the Indians who went with them, came back after being roasted by Anwar's terminal bullshit, e.g. Kampung Buah Pala, Penang incident.

Pas and UMNO must look into this with a more minute detailing. The fall of the Malays will spell the fall of a modern Islamic country in South East Asia (I don't care what Indonesia thinks) and will see the Malay Muslims fall into a deeper mess whereby either Pas and/or UMNO will be nothing but an errant boy in the government.

Anwar Ibrahim was playing the Malays for fools because he knows them very well. Also, his new identity tailored by those people in the shadows portrays him as a "savior". He is able to convince anybody on any side of the dice. However, lately we can see that Najib's successful political ties and business deals with US and Singapore making waves. Anwar knows that Najib's successes with the two countries which he relied so much will spell disaster for him. It's not surprising to hear him making sycophantic rants on anti-jews and anti-US to anybody who would give him the time of day. His actions shocked his own hardcore supporters (or is it sponsor?) such as Paul Wolfowitz, Al Gore and Madeleine Albright. These were the people who gave him positions, organize strategies and even provide him with...ummm...resources on how to take over Malaysia. And the same chap that spent so much grooming is now lambasting back at them.

The fate of the Malays now rest solely on UMNO and PAS, it's a road once taken, and once they were out of the woods, they went their own ways, and now they seem to meet again. We know that Anwar Ibrahim will be against anything that will unify the Malay Muslims, as it will destroy his ambitions to rule Malaysia. UMNO and PAS' obstacle is the Malay's problem: Anwar Ibrahim. Anwar should do something about himself. Maybe the first step is to practice what Karpal Singh advised him to do: ANWAR IBRAHIM HARUS BERTAUBAT.

Can't the two organizations and the Malays look at the problems with both eyes? Doing that is an advantage because anwar's moves are only guided with one-eye.

Lastly, to Chua Soi Lek, if you have any clue of what you're doing, the Melayu Bangkit program has more to do with being against DAP, what the heck are jumping for?

Malaysia Post-PRU13 According to the Soothsayer - Resistance Is Futile

The year shall be 2012, while climactic changes shall take over the world, Malaysia will face the unavoidable political change.

The PRU-13 sees the ousting of the doomed Barisan Nasional to the internally-combusting Pakatan Rakyat. Despite protests from the Presidents of the other component parties and his own, Anwar Ibrahim is plucked out from jail to become the omnipotent President of the new Republic of Malaysia, while the court is forced to overturn his convictions.

Most of BN's leaders will be placed under corruption charges, and it doesn't matter whether it's true or not because it will mark as a historic event to show the west that the new government has eradicated the old archaic one. In short, it's a show to tell the west, their investment has paid off.

The first President and his showcase Cabinet will steer Malaysia into a new western-friendlier country, pending on how the west pulls our strings.

The ever "apa pun tak-apa" and always so accommodating Malays will be, as usual, in the front crowd to cheer this new "chapter" in their lives. Now that there are no more interrupting monarchies and/or ethnic based groups, the prosperous new Malays set a new destiny for their ethnic group. A new path without subsidies, without government grants or aids, no more Malay Reserve lands and no more Malay supremacy. This is so because despite their education under MARA, JPA, Petronas, UiTM and others, the new Malays always believe that all the chances and success of themselves are given by themselves individually and nobody else helped.

It won't be surprising after this; there's no official religion in Malaysia, no official language either (most probably English), only liberal Islam is to be practiced. With the long obstacle of Malay protectionism taken off, it is easier to buy cheap land from the Malays and move towards a more developing nation. Beautiful buildings and environmental friendly parks will be built everywhere in the country. The Malays will be packed off into government flats in places that do not interfere with progress. It shouldn't be much of a problem: Malays are mostly laborers, drivers and clerks, they'll fit well there. The new liberal Malays will be enjoying
themselves in the suburbs, criticizing archaic laws that favored Malays more and the oppressive syariah laws. The main target now is always equality to all, without barriers. The cities and towns are more peaceful now as environmental laws take effect, no more azans from mosques to pollute the clear skies.

It is all fair to the Malays, unlike the Israel and Palestine conflict, Malays are allowed to purchase properties, if they can afford. Either that or the government flats as there are no such things as the Malay quota, or Bumiputra price for properties, because that will be racial and/or unconstitutional.

Any racist talk, especially by Malays, will be met by a severe punishment. Any talk about Islamic supremacy will be labeled as terrorism. Of course, the President shouldn't worry about this as UMNO might be banned by now and Pas is just another party without fangs or balls ever since Islamic struggle has been removed from their manifesto. No more chaos when there are talks about Muslims committing apostasy, no more gibberish murmurs about an individual having to convert to Islam before marrying a Muslim.

No way anybody can stop this. RESISTANCE IS FUTILE!!! We already know from hadith that during the end of days, only 1 person is a true believer and 99 are not. Furthermore, the "sun" is now rising from the west, they are so powerful and can make "regime changes" anywhere they want in the world, making any country to be more democratic (actually, bow to them) and friendlier to the west.

Malaysia is now truly an open and fair country, and peaceful too.

Hey, don't blame me if you don't like this!!! Blame the one-eyed soothsayer!!!
