DAP's All Hot Air and Total Stinker

As I have predicted, nothing much happened over the weekend, although there were some moments of life...no, nothing to do with the Pas Muktamar, that was a doozy. I was talking about World Cup. Well, the World Cup over the weekend was something like the Pas Muktamar. The difference is, watching World Cup’s Argentina and South Korea games really brought everything to life. If Anwar Ibrahim wanted to carry out a coup de tat on Pas during the weekend, he could’ve gotten it done hands down as ¾ of the delegates were fast asleep. Of course, the STAR’s Joceline Tan did mention the silence in PAS’ delegates, but I feel that she’s too kind to mention that they were fast asleep.

Something I watched on TV before the weekend actually tweaked my interest. The Prime Minister finished tabling The Tenth Malaysia Plan and there were buzzes of comments everywhere, and Bernama quoted Tony Pua, the DAP Member of Parliament for Petaling Jaya Utara as saying:

"Kita khuatir dasar penswastaan ini akan mengulangi apa yang berlaku pada tahun 1980 dan tahun 1990 pada zaman era pemerintahan bekas Perdana Menteri, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.”

Well said and done to the man who said these words but doesn’t really know where to stick it. It is understandable how much hatred DAP has for Tun Mahathir as they virtually lost every single war-of-words with him, and not to mention Tun always having the last word every time. To crowning glory, which is the final insult to DAP (and PAS), despite DAP and Pas’ claims that Malaysia is never an Islamic country, Malaysia was chosen as the Chairperson of the OIC during the era of Tun Mahathir.

I remember back in 1999, Lim Kit Siang and Karpal Singh were defeated in Penang, as a result for their cooperation with Pas. Ironically, during the campaigns, Lim Kit Siang was also known as “Mahathir’s Pet Opposition.” Why? I have no idea. It was the most testing time for Tun Mahathir in 1999 with pro-Anwar sentiments, but BN managed to secure 2/3 majority, much to Barisan Al-Tenat-if’s chagrin.

Looking back, the transformation from a backwater country to a globally recognized nation (much to Singapore’s anger) was strategically engineered by Tun. Many people, doesn’t matter from which ethnic group, recognizes that Tun’s visions are rarely for the present, but for the future. The bullying British were given a tight slap when the Look East policy and Buy British Last came up, the United Nations were poked up their noses for their kiasu management of the Bosnian massacre, America and Israel were lambasted again and again for their roles in the murder of millions of Palestinians. Singapore? Well, the island much adored and worshipped by DAP were clapped in iron and tongue tied to stop Tun Mahathir from making Malaysia a far more recognized
country compared to the island state. Australia? They usually exist to be kicked around by Tun Mahathir for thinking that just because they are Caucasians, they have a right to boss everybody around.

For all the things Tun have fought for globally, he has been branded anti-Semitic. This is very strange as the percentage of Semitic Jews in Israel alone is 21% of the total population and the rest of the Semitic groups are their brethren, the Arabs. We should say, “Nice try” to the non-Semitic Caucasian Jews but please, we are not fooled.

It must be very upsetting for DAP that a Malay leader of Malaysia has the capacity and vision to transform Malaysia with such vigorous tenacity, instead of Lim Kit Siang…and/or his boss, Lee Kuan Yew. When Tun announced the construction of Penang Bridge, a DAP leader stated that if it ever completes, he will personally jump…which he did, off DAP and into MCA. They basically complaint on almost anything that was designed for the future of modern Malaysia, but later on used it as if they owned the utility.

As DAP claims itself as a “democratic” (although socialist) party, they talk much about against the use of Internal Security Act, or ISA. On this issue, Tun Mahathir was condemned again and again. Sometimes it becomes a farce, as Singapore’s PAP (from which DAP is the off-spring) uses the same act of its opponents, but kept mum by DAP. Maybe they were afraid of their Boss, or they might be afraid that something might not reach them if they voice out.

Only now DAP claims to have a lot Malays as members although everybody knows DAP is a Lim dynasty party. Anwar thought he was responsible for DAP’s triumph in the 2008 elections, much to the amusement of DAP leaders. What actually happened? The only thing Anwar was responsible for was providing DAP the valuable insights on bamboozling the Muslim Malays into lapping up everything they dish. In fact, even DAP was astounded; when they quoted the Qur’an for the sake of a socialist state, the Malays will be so impressed and touched, greeting it with “Wow” and “Whoa”. Their proudest moment? DAP leaders can just stay indoor, watch TV and clap when they see how much the Muslim Malays go against their own people, their own rulers and their own wits in defense of the socialist dap state of Perak. I think by now, the Malays can be confirmed that they exist only to be riding donkeys of DAP and Pakatan Rakyat.

That was something they could never do when Mahathir was in power as he was very protective of the Malays. Of course, Pak Lah’s time was the time of dread nobody wants to remember.

DAP is always ever so ready to jump into matters which they feel will benefit them. Maybe that’s why the DAP is sweating profusely when British forensics expert Professor Dr Peter Vanezis debunked Dr Pornthip’s claims that Teoh Beng Hock was not murdered. Pornthip’s absence and antics might just give them a fright every now and then. Then again, we believe DAP will definitely find the truth in the Teoh Beng Hock case, but they might not accept the truth if it doesn’t go in their direction.

Tun Mahathir brought Malaysia at least 30 years ahead of its time, some people managed to catch up, some got left behind and a few more lost their way. Many Chinese, Malays and Indians benefited from it, and…what have DAP contributed to the modernization of Malaysia? Even with all the complaints in past, we don’t see the Penang DAP government tearing down the Penang Bridge, which they termed as “white elephant” in the past. There has been nothing but hot air blowing from DAP since the independence of Malaysia in 1957, and we shall more hot air blowing from their..errr…head, not just from Tony Pua, but the rest of pakatan as well. I guess they can release their steam by tainting Tun Mahathir in every statement they made, the progress has already been made, and DAP contributed nothing.
